This dataset includes coral survey data at four sites in Timor-Leste collected in July 2015 and November 2017, seawater and macroalgal nutrient data collected in July 2015, and temperature data spanning the two survey dates. These data were used to investigate coral health, nutrient inputs to shallow reefs, and impacts of the 2016-2017 mass global bleaching event.
