Dataset contains scripts and simulation files for benchmarking analysis of consensus approaches to differential abundance analysis. Simulated datasets were simulated from existing publicly available real gut and oral microbiome datasets using SimbaR and are in the form .h5. Filenames indicate parameters used for each simulation, with each file containing 20 repeats x 10 subsets / subset size (800 total for most files). Scripts are split into those used for simulation, analysis and figure generation.
