The dataset consists of three Excel workbooks with unidentifiable clinical data and data dictionaries for ASU 1 (Acute Stroke Unit 1), ASU2 (Acute Stroke Unit 2), and MW1 (Medical Ward 1). The dataset was used for the study entitled, "Transforming allied health care using a transdisciplinary assessment model: a multi-site quasi-experimental study."
