Case files where, upon the death of the beneficiary, no further action was required of the Committee (either because the beneficiary left no dependants, or, in the event of a claim being lodged, certification by the Medical Authority that death was not reasonably attributable to silicosis resulted in a rejection of that claim).

Case files are similar in content to those of series 4-7. (5/3301-19). 20 boxes.
