Files of cases where awards were granted to dependants upon the death of the original beneficiary (these awards being conditional upon the Medical Authority's certification that death was reasonably attributable to silicosis).

Files are similar in content to those of series 4-6, but include, in addition, statements of awards made to dependants (noting factors governing the determination of the award). Transcripts of oral examination of dependants are included. (5/3279-3300). 22 boxes.
