Data collected from eastern Australian humpback whales during the 2020 and 2021 migratory period from Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island). Includes validation and expermimental data contained in excel spreadsheets for steroid hormones, gene expression, and body condition data for publication in Marine Environmental Research. Also includes primer sequences used in gene expression data as .ab1, .bn, .fa, and, .seq filetypes. Additionally, High Resolution Melt results and target sequences are included.Issued: 19 06 2024
