Full description This project established and maintained inbred, mutation accumulation (MA), lines from 5 different (ancestral) inbred lines derived from the Drosophila serrata Genome Reference Panel. Wing size was measured for male and female flies from the DsGRP lines at the beginning of the experiment, and from ~50% of MA lines every generation for ~28 generations.
