Annual Report of the Protected Zone Joint Authority (PZJA) 1998-1999.

This, the thirteenth Annual Report of the Protected Zone Joint Authority (PZJA), describes PZJA activities during the year ended 30 June 1999 and the condition of the fisheries in the Torres Strait Protected Zone (TSPZ). The PZJA is responsible for management of commercial and traditional fishing in the Australian area of the TSPZ and designated adjacent Torres Strait waters.
