This data set contains survey responses from 141 process practitioners of a global corporation. The survey contains measurement items developed as operationalization of a new model to measure organizational process variety, including the dimensions Variability, Interdependence, Knowledge-intensity, Differentiation, Importance. Survey questions are worded for a Likert-type response scale with 7 options from 1 (completely disagree to 7 (completely agree). The data set also contains survey responses to a range of demographic questions and control variables such as Hierarchy, Goal Setting, Rules, Self-containment, IS investment, and Lateral Relations.
