Full description This project measured GCaMP6-slow activity in the 6 day old zebrafish brain, in larvae with or without mutations to the fmr1 gene, while nothing was presented to the larvae for 10 minutes. The purpose of this study was to identify changes in neural responses to baseline brain activity that may present in fragile X syndrome.
