The only things to note are: v is IPA /w/, and j is a voiced palatal stop (has also been analyzed as an palatal or alveo-palatal affricate by Evelyn Todd (1975)). The orthographies agree on the graphemes for these sounds, and I thought it easier to just keep them.'; (Date given is approximate).
