The dataset includes tile images extracted from 3D-TBP images for 250,162 skin lesions over the study period, with an average of 521 skin lesions per participant. Dermoscopic images are available for 9,389 of these lesions, corresponding to an average of 20 lesions with dermoscopic imaging per participant. Additionally, longitudinal dermoscopic images are available for 7,038 of these lesions, totalling 35,909 dermoscopic images in the dataset.
