We are imaging ~100000 neurons using a custom built light sheet microscope, enabling us to observe the activity of each neuron individually during rest periods with no stimulation, and during visual stimulation. These datasets will help us to understand how the brain represents information about the natural world and how it transforms sensoy input into behaviour.
