Work Release White Cards

Full description

The purpose of the pro-forma cards, known as Work Release White Cards, is to provide a summary record of work release arrangements for trainees detained at the Langi Kal Kal Youth Training Centre. The cards are arranged in numerical order for each particular calendar year. Each work release arrangement was given a single sequential number.


The cards record the following information:
- name of trainee
- registered number and year
- date of birth of trainee
- date of admission
- section within Langi Kal Kal
- review date
- date of Parole Plan
- date of Parole
- date commenced work release
- details of accommodation
- information such as travel details, home visits, telephone checks

The back of the card records the following information:

- employment address
- telephone number
- contact person
- nature of employment
- trainee's name
- date commenced
- wage amount
- information such as job visits, home visits, telephone checks
