This Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has been prepared on behalf of the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) in accordance with legislative requirements. It describes and examines the impacts associated with construction of a new four lane controlled access dual carriageway section of the Northern Distributor, extending from Bellambi Lane to the Princes Highway near Molloy Street in Bulli.
