Full description

By 1823 a Chief Constable had been appointed at Windsor. (1)

By 1835 Windsor was one of the six police districts in the County of Cumberland.(2) In 1840 the boundaries of all Police Districts, including Windsor, were published including where they crossed county boundaries. (3)

In 2006 Windsor Police Station was located in the Hawkesbury Local Area Command in the North West Metropolitan Region. Its address and that of the Local Area Command Office was 32-34 Bridge Street, Windsor. (4) In 2015 its address was 13 Mileham Street, Windsor. (5)
