Groundwater management areas - Queensland - This dataset shows locations across Queensland where the sustainable use and management occurs of underground water (also known as groundwater).
Seawater intrusion lines - Queensland - This dataset shows the seawater intrusion into the underground water (also known as groundwater) aquifers as defined in the Pioneer Valley Water Plan.
Supplemented surface water trading zones - Queensland - These zones across Queensland are where water entitlements for supplemented surface water (natural water is supplemented from a dam or weir) may be traded.
Supplemented underground water trading zones - Queensland - This dataset displays the zones across the State of Queensland where supplemented underground water may be traded.
Surface water management areas - Queensland - This dataset shows the areas across Queensland where the sustainable use of surface water and the trading of surface water entitlements is managed.
Unsupplemented groundwater trading zones - Queensland - These zones across Queensland are where water allocations for unsupplemented underground water maybe traded.

Water plan catchments - Queensland - A Water Plan area can be divided into smaller sections called Subcatchment and Catchments for administrative purposes. This dataset shows these features across Queensland.
Water plan GABORA groundwater dependent ecosystems areas - Queensland - This dataset depicts areas associated with groundwater-dependent ecosystems (GDEs) recorded in the Groundwater-dependent Ecosystem Register. The register is maintained under the Great Artesian Basin and Other Regional Aquifers (GABORA) water management protocol.This dataset is based on an approved point-in-time version of the Groundwater-dependent Ecosystem Register and was current as at 24 July 2026.A groundwater-dependent ecosystem area represents a part of the landscape where the ecosystem relies on groundwater connected to a groundwater unit managed under the GABORA Water Plan.
Water plan GABORA groundwater dependent ecosystem springs - Queensland - This dataset depicts springs associated with groundwater-dependent ecosystems (GDEs) recorded in the Groundwater-dependent Ecosystem Register. The register is maintained under the Great Artesian Basin and Other Regional Aquifers (GABORA) water management protocol.This dataset is based on an approved point-in-time version of the Groundwater-dependent Ecosystem Register and was current as at 24 July 2026.A groundwater-dependent ecosystem spring is a natural discharge point where groundwater rises to the land surface and supports a groundwater dependent ecosystem containing significant environmental and/or cultural values. The GDE must be connected to one or more groundwater units managed under the GABORA Water Plan.
