Brief description
The objective of the WAMSI DREDGING SCIENCE NODE Project 4.5 was a review of the range of hard coral taxa and/or growth morphologies that occur in the Pilbara and Kimberley areas in order to inform the choice of organism for the lab experiments in project WAMSI DREDGING SCIENCE NODE Project 4.6. The review accessed information available in the published literature (as identified in searches of standard databases such as ISI Web of Knowledge) as well as searches via Google scholar (for grey material). The review also examine all literature cited during the EIS stages of large scale dredging projects and which has been used to develop water quality thresholds for impact prediction. Data is in the form of a report, which is a secured (printable, non-editable), searchable, Portable Document Format (PDF) showing the results of the analyses and an excel spreadsheet listing species name location etc.Lineage
