According to the SEC Archives series list, the correspondence was dealt with by the Production Department from 1950 to 1967, Power Department from 1967 to 1974 and Power Generation 1974 to 1976. However, these records seem to have been referred to by staff as Generation Branch Files. (The boxes in which they were stored were labelled as such.)

The correspondence covers policy matters related to the running of the steam and diesel power stations, but the main thrust of the correspondence is toward the resolution of technical problems.
