These volumes are the central summary record of all results for the Junior Technical School Intermediate Technical Certificate. They contain original forms filled in and signed by the Head Teacher.

These volumes record the results attained for the first and final halves of the year for the various subjects undertaken by the students.They provide details of the school attended, the year in which the certificate was granted, names of students, total marks, average (of all subjects) and the certificate number.

An Intermediate Technical Certificate was granted to pupils who satisfactorily completed the technical school fourth year course in addition to the first three years of technical school or an equivalent (or higher) course approved by the Director.

In granting a certificate consideration was given to the persons full school record in addition to results obtained in any special examination.
