Full description
When patients were discharged or were allowed out on trial leave from the Hospital, they were interviewed by the Medical Superintendent or his deputy. The official interrogated each patient and enquired as to whether they were satisfied with the treatment or whether they had any complaints to make.This series was maintained to record their replies to the above. Each statement is signed by the patient. There is some correspondence relating to the treatment of patients placed inside the volume.
