Full description

This series consists of a collection of records from the Travancore Special School, Flemington. This series is an artificial arrangement. These records were created and maintained separately, however the records have been placed together to form one series to reflect a record keeping system in operation and for ease of reference. The series consists of the following records.

Unit 1 Pupil Reports

Arranged by date of admission to school. Each pupil is allocated a sequential number initially, however this does not continue through the whole volume. Details recorded include name, sex, date of birth, date admitted, I.Q., conduct, past history, teachers report.

There are additional reports on pupils at the back of the volume.

There is an index by pupil name at the front of the volume.

Unit 2 Ledger of Money Received

his volume records payments for the accommodation and tuition of the children. Details recorded include next of kin, date admitted, dates on leave, rate of payment, receipt number, amount.
