This series appears to have been created by the Shire of McIvor as part of electricity supply role. (Refer to VPRS 7090 which is an electricity supply log book).

The function of this volume is unclear but probably refers to the maintenance of the battery room at the power station. information recorded includes:

- start time and rate of charging in amperes
- stop time of charging and discharging voltage, and
- quantities of sulphuric acid and distilled water used in gallons.

The volume was first used in June 1913 but remaining entries are undated. The end date of ?1915 has been selected as this would match the end of the record to that of VPRS 7090.
