Full description

This series consists of an indexed hard cover book containing names and addresses of witnesses called to the Board of Inquiry into Scientology, arranged by surname of witness. In addition to details of names and addresses of witnesses, page numbers are written next to the witnesses names. These reference pages in the Board of Inquiry transcripts of open and in camera hearings (VPRS 2969 and VPRS 240). 

Inside the front cover of the index book are references to dates of Board of Inquiry hearings and their corresponding page numbers in the transcripts, separated into open or in camera hearings. 

Witnesses’ names are listed in a variety of ball point pen colours, but it is unclear if there is a significance to this.
