This series contains returns showing the daily attendance at school of students and the issue of stores to aboriginals at the Loddon Station. It is suggested that these were originally forwarded as part of reporting to the Chief Secretary and were subsequently transferred to the Department of Crown Lands and Survey (VA 538). It may also be that they were originally part of the same set of correspondence held in VPRS 4415 Chief Secretary's Registered Inward Correspondence Relating To Aboriginal Affairs Transferred to The Department Of Crown Lands And Survey which also contains records relating to the Loddon River Aboriginal Reserve.
