Under the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act 1915, and the Rules and Regulations, registers were required to be kept for particulars of cases under the Workers' Compensation Act.When any case was listed for hearing, the Registrar was required to furnish the Insurance Commissioner, State Accident Insurance Office with the following particulars:
- Names of parties,
- Nature of action,
- Amount claimed, and
- Date of hearing.
