The Banco Court is the Court in which sittings are held for the purpose of hearing and deciding questions of law.This series consists of the Minutes of the proceedings in this Court. Details given are the date of sittings, the names of presiding judges and the matters as heard by the Court. Matters often consisted of motions before the Court regarding Rules Nisi and Rules Absolute, motions for admission of barristers and solicitors to practice, motions regarding trials and the administration of estates, judgments delivered with respect to motions before the Court and the hearing of appeals from inferior courts.
