Full description

This series records orders made at Stawell Court of Petty Sessions to enforce the payment of orders in successful civil cases. The orders permit Police to seize assets owned by individual who has not paid the order, to sell them and then pay the money to the successful party.

The volume records the date and case number of the original civil case court order, names of the complainant and defendant in that case, where the execution order was sent, the amount owing, how the order was returned (i.e whether the order was satisfied or not) and the date.
