Full description

This series is a subsidiary ledger in the financial recordkeeping system of the City of Camberwell. It records the Council's receipt of what it refers to as "Miscellaneous Revenue". It appears that all sources of monies apart from rates or special charges levied upon ratepayers falls within this definition of 'miscellaneous'.

The ledgers only record credit transactions. Varying levels of detail are recorded for different sources of revenue. For example, for amounts received for items such as dog fees, short term investments, or paving, only the date and amount are recorded.
