This series registers addresses sent to the Chief Secretary by the Legislative Assembly. For each address received, a registration number and date was recorded. Other details included were the date and author of the motion put to the Legislative Assembly, the name of the person who had presented the address to the Legislative Assembly, the page upon which the address was recorded in the Votes and Proceedings of the chamber, the subject of the address, to whom the address was referred by the Chief Secretary and how it was disposed of by the Chief Secretary.
