This series consists of agendas for the council meetings of Glenelg Shire Council II (VA 3733). This includes ordinary council meetings, special council meetings, emergency meetings and statutory meetings.

Ordinary Council meetings are held monthly. Special Council meetings are called by the Mayor or Chief Executive Officer to deal with a specific item that cannot wait until the next Ordinary Council meeting. 

The related minutes for these meetings can be found in VPRS 19553 Council Minutes. Minutes of council meetings were created in accordance with section 145 of the Municipal Institutions Act 1863 (pg. 239) and with subsequent legislation relating to local government including the Local Government Act 1958 (pg. 135).
