Full description

This series consists of records documenting the conduct of investigations into individuals by the Office of the Special Investigator (OSI) (VA 5326). 

The records document the planning and undertaking of investigations into individuals under the Special Investigator Act 2021, the collection of evidence, and the preparation of Briefs of Evidence for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

For each investigation the records may contain: investigation log, correspondence, matter summaries, investigation plan, interviews, exhibits, search warrants, and briefs of evidence. The records also contain recordings of interviews and meetings with persons of interest.
