Full description

This series consists of records documenting the conduct of investigations by the Office of the Special Investigator (OSI) (VA 5326). The records are not related to specific individuals but contain information that is common across or relates to all investigations of the OSI.

The records document the conduct of criminal and disciplinary investigations under Part 3 of the Special Investigator Act 2021. They also document investigations of Public Interest Complaints.

The records include information requests, search warrants, witness statements, correspondence, investigations procedures, and referrals to or from other bodies. They show how investigations were conducted by the OSI.
