This record series comprises files of minutes of the Mordialloc-Cheltenham Community Hospital (VA 1251) Board of Management. The Board met monthly and was originally known as the Committee of Management. 

Also included are minutes and reports from the Finance Committee, Medical Staff Council, Patient Care Review/Quality Assurance Committee, Consultative Committee, Midwifery Sub-Committee, Medical Appointments Advisory Committee, Occupational Health & Safety Sub-Committee, Casemix Review Committee, Executive Committee, House & Grounds Committee and others. The Board of Management met for the last time on 31 July 1995.
