This series records the minutes of the Electoral Committee for Honorary and Surgical Positions at Prince Henry's Hospital.

The meetings were chaired by the President of the Board of Management of Prince Henry's Hospital. The Electoral Committee met between one and three times per year. Meetings often occurred in November to make appointments for the following year.
