Agenda items were recorded in the left-hand margin on each page of the minute book and each page is numbered.  Minutes of sub-committees began to be recorded in these volumes from October 1894. Minutes of meetings of the Contributors to the Homoeopathic Hospital were recorded from July 1895. Minutes of meetings of the Finance Committee were recorded from March 1899. Minutes of meetings of the Building Committee were recorded from November 1899. The number of special and sub-committees increased substantially following the re-naming of the hospital to Prince Henry's Hospital in 1934. The volumes also include minutes of annual general meetings, annual reports and minutes of special meetings. Full description

This series comprises volumes recording the meeting minutes of the Board of Management of Prince Henry’s Hospital (previously known as Melbourne Homoeopathic Dispensary 1869-1876; Melbourne Homoeopathic Hospital 1876-1934) (VA 441) until its absorption into the Monash Medical Centre (VA 2423) on 1 January 1987.
