The reports provide detailed lists of hospital personnel including Honorary medical officers and staff, honorary consulting staff, Committee of Management (and later, the Board of Management), Office Bearers, Benefactors, Life Governors, Life Subscribers, Subscribers, senior staff, nursing staff, contributors, and donors. This series comprises volumes of annual reports from Prince Henry’s Hospital (previously known as Melbourne Homoeopathic Dispensary 1869-1876; Melbourne Homoeopathic Hospital 1876-1934) (VA 441).

The annual reports include financial statements, statistical returns and reports from various hospital departments including nursing, neurosurgery, nuclear medicine, clinical school, dental, dietary, pharmacy, social work, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, and pathology.  They also include photographs of people, functions, activities, and buildings.
