This series comprises minutes and papers from the Aged Care Division Working Group, which was part of a collaboration between the Melbourne Extended Care and Rehabilitation Service (VA 5263), and the Victorian Hospitals Association (VA 1060).

The aim of the Group was to support Streams of Care for the assessment, classification and admittance of patients. This included information relating to staff time, systems and cost. The outlined streams were:
