This series comprises the minutes of committees responsible for the amalgamation of Mount Royal Hospital (VA 1280) and the Greenvale Centre (VA5267). The amalgamation resulted in the formation of the Melbourne Extended Care and Rehabilitation Service (VA 5265) which at the time was referred to as the North West Hospital.
