This series comprises annual reports for the Central Council of Auxiliaries of the Queen Victoria Medical Centre (VA 1254). The auxiliaries were formed to raise funds for the hospital. 

From 1944 to 1982, the annual reports for the Central Council of Auxiliaries was inserted behind the annual report for Queen Victoria Medical Centre and bound into volumes that contained multiple years (VPRS 18809). Prior to 1944, the reports for the auxiliaries formed part of the Annual Reports (VPRS 18809) for the Queen Victoria Medical Centre (VA 1254).

The annual reports include the financial statements for the year.
