This series comprises of letter books that contain copies of letters written by staff of the Wunghnu Cemetery Trust (VA 5236) relating to managing the business of the cemetery. Each letter includes the date written, the addressee and the name of the person writing the letter. Letters covered matters such as financial transactions, requests for payments of outstanding fees or charges for burials, matters of the Trusts governance and administration, recruitment of cemetery workers (such as grave diggers), maintenance of grounds and graves, and notices of acknowledgement or thanks.
