All Victorian Cemeteries Acts required cemeteries to keep registers of burials. The records in this series comprise of an index to the Creswick Cemetery (VA 5208) Register of Burials (VPRS 18436) and records the name of the person buried or holding the reservation for a plot (right of internment) within the cemetery. Researchers should consult this index in order to find a corresponding entry in the Register of Burials (VPRS 18436).
