Full description

The plot map was created as a guide to the layout of proposed grave plots and monumental areas within the Cemetery. The map enabled the Cemetery Trust to allocate vacant plots for members of the public to either reserve a plot for future use, or to inter deceased persons.

The plot map delineates the three monumental sections according to religion - Roman Catholic, Church of England and Presbyterian. Within each section, rows have been alphabetically marked and grave plots have been marked and numbered to assist with locating a grave.
