Full description

This series consists of a collection of records created by the legal team of the Royal Commission into Family Violence (RCFV) from 2015 to 2016.

Records include: correspondence; memoranda to the Commissioners and Counsel Assisting; and reconciliation and analysis summaries of material provided to the Royal Commission under compulsion (i.e. pursuant to a Notice to Produce or Request for Information).

Witness statements drafted by the Royal Commission's legal team are also included which were also reviewed by the research and policy teams who did not have access to the Legal Discovery / Case Management System called Ringtail.
