This series consists of cards used to document nursing staff employed at Kew Cottages (VA 2852).

It is thought that these cards were of nurses who had resigned.

The Nursing Staff Cards are a summary employment record documenting the following information:

- Name
- Address
- Date of Birth
- Date of Commencement and Resignation
- Reason for Departure
- Country of Birth
- Last Employment
- Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Special Leave, Long Service Leave
- Ward Report.
