This series consists of a volume which recorded information relating to telegrams received by Beechworth Asylum and Hospital for the Insane (VA 2842).

Most of the telegrams received have been addressed to the Medical Superintendent, and the subject matter covers all administrative functions of the hospital, as well as issues relating to patient admission and discharge.
