Full description

The register was used to record the drawings produced relating to the electrification of Melbourne's suburban railway lines. Most of the prints recorded in the register are of the overhead structures along the railway lines.

The format of the sun prints may have been cyanotype blueprints. The location of the prints is unknown. They may have been incorporated later into the main plan room drawing collection.

Information in the register includes:
- Print Number;
- Date;
- Description;
- Number of Copies;
- Size;
- Negatives; and
- Remarks.

There are also columns for Receipt Number and Date Returned.
