Information recorded in this Reception Book may include:

- date of birth
- date of reception into Langi Kal Kal
- date and place of Court appearance
- offence
- section within Langi Kal Kal (abbreviated)
- nature of departure, e.g. paroled, absconded, remission discharged etc.
- date of departure.
