This series contains annual reports of the Young Farmers' Finance Council [VA 1460]. The annual reports documented the activities of the Council for each year.

In 2014, the Victorian Government sold Rural Finance Corporation II [VA 2985] which administered the Young Farmers' Finance Council. Then under the new Rural Assistance Schemes Act 2016, the Young Farmers' Finance Council Act 1979 was repealed.
