This series comprises of correspondence files maintained by Rosedale Shire (VA 2500). The files contain inward and copies of outward correspondence relating to the function of Regional Planning.

This series of records is made up of two parts. One part comprises of correspondence related to the East Gippsland Regional Planning Committee (1977 - 1980). The other part comprises of correspondence related to the Central Gippsland Regional Planning Authority (1978-1981).

Some of the copies of outward correspondence in this series were excised from VPRS 17755 General Correspondence Files, Alpha-Numeric System.
